THE BEAUTY OF A THOUGHTLESS MOMENT
Perhaps the greatest challenge in the creative process is not to have thoughts, but to let them go.
We think, analyse, evaluate. We carry images within us, memories, expectations, and all the invisible influences that shape the way we see the world. And sometimes, these are precisely the things that stand between us and what truly wants to emerge.
For me, the most precious moments are those in which everything falls silent. When thinking briefly loses its grip and something begins to take shape without me knowing why or where it will lead. No intention. No judgement. No inner dialogue. Just a feeling, a movement, an impulse finding its own way. These rare moments represent the highest form of creative expression for me. A lightness that cannot be forced. The harder I try to reach it, the further away it seems to drift. It comes when I am willing to let go. When I stop searching for something and simply allow things to happen. For me, the night is a special place for this. As the world slowly grows quieter, the expectations of the day begin to fade and external influences lose their power, a space emerges that belongs to me alone. A space somewhere between consciousness and intuition, between control and freedom. Sometimes, I manage to immerse myself in this state for a brief moment. I never know how long it will last. Perhaps only a few minutes. But those minutes feel different. As if I am no longer deciding what comes into being, but simply allowing it to find its way through me. It is a deeply personal feeling. Difficult to explain, almost impossible to share, and for me, inseparable from being alone. In these moments, I need no company, no validation, no outside perspective. Not because I want to turn away from the world, but because, for a moment, I want to be free of it.

Perhaps creative freedom is not about being able to express everything within us. Perhaps it is about reaching a moment in which we no longer need to express anything at all.
Simply being. Not knowing. Not thinking.
And allowing whatever wants to emerge to begin.
